About twice a year, Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish runs the "free meal" on Sunday at the new site in Waukesha, Cooperating Congregations building at 502 N. East Avenue, (Broadway and East, former Larsen's Funeral Home) about three blocks from the former site at St. Joseph's. Our parishioners provide baked chicken (in pieces), or desserts, and volunteers to re-heat, serve, and clean-up. Vegetables and other incidentals are provided by the Loaves and Fishes program and are reimbursed. They will assist and train anyone interested. Please consider volunteering for this important ministry to "Feed the Hungry" in our local community. Contact the parish office at 966-2191 if you can assist or for more information on the responsibilities. If you are able to donate baked goods for the meals, please call Shaun 262-367-9995 or email her Shaun Pavlic and let her know what you are able to supply. Please remember to put your chicken donations in the refrigerator in the lower level of church.

Giving Tree - Was November 14/15, 2009
A decorated Christmas tree will be on display in the narthex of both churches. Ornaments on display contain information on a needy person from our area (St. Vincent de Paul) or a child, with their age range and other information. Pick one or more of the ornaments, purchase the gift, wrap it, and attach the ornament firmly to the package. Bring the gift back as soon as possible (by deadline, Dec. 13) and put it under the tree or bring it to the Parish Office, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday, or by Noon on Friday.
