TO MAIL THEM. AND NOW, THE STATE OF WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF GAMING SAYS IT'S ILLEGAL TO RETURN THE STUBS/MONEY THROUGH THE MAIL.

SO WE ARE COMING UP WITH A NEW GAME PLAN...return them to the collection basket, the parish office or to a Festival committee member.
